We ship across Canada with tracked delivery via Canada Post. Live shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
- Processing time: orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: Canada Post estimates are shown at checkout (typically 2–9 business days depending on the service and destination).
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted on unopened products.
- To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
